Biannual General Meeting

On August 20-22, the Green Party of Canada will be hosting its BGM and national convention. We already have four members of the Yukon - the most distant riding - registered to attend the convention! We intend to broadcast some of the convention to Yukon Headquarters and to host some policy discussions over the weekend. Local candidate John Streicker has once again been asked to co-chair the convention.

Our Yukon candidate is one of six members running to be a Councillor-at-large on Federal Council. Council is the governing body of the Green Party of Canada. Streicker hopes to bring his constructive and creative energy to Council, and contribute to the focus of getting Green MPs elected. Click here for more information on John.
